I'm Loving this Triple Mousse Brownie Cake

This is what my son chose for his birthday cake this year. 

Good taste, right?!

And when I made it, it looks just like the recipe I found on the SugarHero blog. I tweaked it a bit for my son. Didn't add the raspberries inside, used my favorite chocolate cake recipe instead of the brownie, and added "lots and lots" of chocolate shavings as he requested.

Honestly, my family thought the mousses were a little bland, but that could easily be fixed by adding more flavorings.

Next time though I'm going to make this with ice cream for a beautiful and refreshing summertime treat!
